For GOLF absolute members only
The Sauna- & Fitness area of Golf park Bachgrund is for the use of GOLF absolute members only. In winter times you can train perfectly with like-minded people and relax after your play during the golf season.
The sauna provides you with a Finnish sauna (90°C) and a steam bath. Moreover you will find there a heated bench incl. foot bath, relaxation loungers (in- & outdoor) and a shower area. Towels are an additional service in the locker rooms, the gym and the sauna.
You can determine by yourself
The sauna is equipped with a timer and is activated by pressing a key (duration 3 hours / warming-up phase approx. 45min). With every keystroke the timer starts again for 2 hours. The steam bath can directly be switched on.
Please feel free to contact the management staff if you don´t have time to preheat the sauna.
The sauna is opened daily from 10.00 am – 10.00 pm.
